
Monitoring and Inspection
Monitoring and Inspection unit of oil and gas affairs is responsible the following:
- Monitor all stages of liquefied gas trading, by monitoring gas cylinders filling stations, distributors and small stoves filling centers, as well as domestic consumption points like houses and commercial points such as restaurants, hotels and factories.
- Monitor and perform inspection on fuel stations both owned by Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) and those privately owned.
- combat the smuggling of locally subsidized petroleum products.
